It's an okay hotel, and the room price is budget friendly. The location is good for walking to Patong Beach, food options, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The bed was good, the room had the basic necessities including a kettle, and it was cleaned daily. There is a microwave in the ground floor lobby for everyone, but no microwave-safe dishes are provided. The space between the lift and the room is very compact, and the lift smelled strange much of the time. Google lists it as a 4 stars hotel, but I don't think it is one. I booked because it was part of aspira hotels chain, though I don't think the quality measures up.

When I asked for toilet paper, the front desk said they were out and could only restock it the next day. So was I supposed to go without using the toilet? There wasn't any toilet paper in the room to begin with, and the woman at reception didn't seem sorry about it. If you plan to use the toilet in your room, I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

At check-in, the front desk staff were rude. The room was poorly maintained too: the wall below the window was cracked, the floor was dirty, and there was no hand soap or face towel. Water leaked past the shower glass panel onto the toilet floor.

The location was the one good thing, close to the market, 7eleven, and travel agents. The rooms were quite small, with limited things available.

This is my second time here, and I'll be back. The room was great and the staff were great too. Beauty at reception is amazing, as are the other staff.
