Ibis Styles Phuket City Hotel

Gift at reception was so friendly, nice, and helpful. Her warm attitude made our stay better, and I really appreciated her service. ibis Phuket has a lovely, clean, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Menie and Gift were very helpful. Breakfast is halal food. The location makes it easy to get to nearby attractions and amenities, and the facilities were in good condition and met expectations. It was comfortable and good value for money. I love it, and I'd recommend people from Malaysia stay here. I'd consider coming back myself.

The hotel is spotless and well maintained, with clean rooms, a modern feel, and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. They took time to answer questions, share local tips, and help make sure things went well, which made me feel cared for. Its location in Phuket Old Town made exploring easy, and it was still quiet and comfortable to return to. I had an amazing stay at ibis Styles Phuket City Centre and would happily come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

The staff made a very good stay especially memorable. During an unrelated incident outside the hotel with a third party, San paid 1,000 THB from his own pocket to help resolve things quickly and spare us more stress. That personal generosity and sense of responsibility deserves recognition. Por also handled it calmly and professionally, de-escalated tensions, and helped keep everything as safe and smooth as possible. Her care made a difficult moment much easier. The hotel itself was excellent too. Breakfast had a good, solid variety and was well maintained. Room cleaning was consistent and thorough, and the rooms were very good, clean, comfortable, and well designed. It's a well-run hotel with staff who genuinely care. San and Por left a strong positive impression, and I'd happily stay again.
