ibis Phuket Patong

The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff and waiters were so kind and upbeat. They always greeted us, said goodbye, and made us feel welcome. Bell was especially lovely. We've only just arrived, but we're already having a great time. Thanks for such a warm experience!

We stayed for 10 days with family, and the price felt absolutely worth it. Patong Beach was 6-7 minutes away, with bars and restaurants all around, plus exchange points and a 7-11 nearby. The hotel also provided beach towels, and the pool was clean with sunbeds. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh choices, including vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, drinks, and vegetarian food. Housekeeping could clean every day if we wanted. The workers were always nice, and Se and Fai were especially kind and helpful. My only issue was the closet space, which wasn't enough for my clothes.

The beach is only a three minute walk away, and the hotel is well located. The staff were friendly and capable, and we especially appreciated Bonuts at breakfast and Kla FB. The room had the usual Ibis Hotels setup, with air conditioning, a safe, and a small balcony. The bathroom was clean and a standard, not large size, with a hairdryer. If you need a bigger bathroom, you'd have to book a Mercure Hotel, the next category up. Breakfast was really good too. We had a great time and recommend the hotel 100%. Cristian and family

Tik was a great help, and the service was great. The staff were polite. Breakfast had quite a bit of variety, including eggs, green curry with chicken, and other things.
