Remember @ Phuket Town Hostel

The location is the only good thing, but it wasn't worth staying there. The room was dusty, smelly, and damp, with moldy air, mosquitoes, moths, and even a cockroach. There was a small window that couldn't be opened. The air conditioner drained into a garbage bin because its pipe was broken, even though the end of the pipe was in the shower area. The bathroom was filthy, moldy, and stank. The pool was dirty too. The photos on Booking make the place look like a fairy tale compared with how it actually feels. It was unhealthy to breathe that air even for one night. I've never been in such a horrible place. Avoid this hotel.

JAI deserves special thanks. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, and housekeeping kept my room spotless throughout my stay. REMEMBER exceeded my expectations. For the price, the service and facilities were exceptional.

The bed mattress was great, and the location was excellent, really close to Old Town. The rooms look modern, but smell old and moldy. Even after the bathroom was cleaned, it smelled strongly of urine. The shower looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the water pressure was so bad it was almost funny. Overall, it wasn't clean, and the pool was dirty too, if that can even be called a pool.

The staff were very helpful, and for the price, the rooms were better than many. They're modern and clean, and the location works well for Phuket Old town.
