SB Living Place Hotel

There’s a restaurant open all day, and the gym looked very good, though I didn't use it. The pool was a good size and really nice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The place felt more like a resort than a hotel. We had a great stay, 10/10, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

The staff were awesome and so friendly. The young man at the front desk had enough English to help us out, and I'll definitely book again if I'm back in Phuket. We stayed seven days and didn't run into a single problem. I used the well-stocked gym, and ate at the restaurant every day because it was so close. The meals were reasonably priced, and the happy hour deals were economical too, including 150b buy-one-get-one cocktails. Breakfast was 200b.

The room was comfortable and very spacious, just as promised. Mine seemed recently renovated and everything was very tidy. I left the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, and housekeeping thoughtfully left fresh bottles of water outside the door. There was a little white dust on the bathroom tiles after the renovation, so they could clean those more carefully. It didn't affect my stay.

The location is good and the receptionist was nice, but I didn't like the room service. I've been here four days. Housekeeping only changed the rubbish bins in the living room and toilet, then left fresh towels. The floor was still dirty, as were the bedsheets and pillowcase. The pool is very relaxing for me.
