I loved how quiet and clean the building and area were, with no night market. The location is handy for walking to a 7-11, coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, supermarket, McDonald's, and Watsons.

The rooftop is a great place to catch both sunrise and sunset. There are lots of cafes and bars nearby, and it's about a five-minute walk to the heart of Phuket town. Electricity is billed at the government rate, and the water bill is cheap. A perfect place to live.
