The Pavilions Phuket

The grounds are easy to get around with the efficient buggy service, and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We also loved having sunset drinks at the stunning 360° bar. Louise gave us a warm welcome and took plenty of time with us, which we appreciated. But our room still wasn’t ready at the official check-in time. We were first told to wait half an hour, then ended up waiting an hour. A complimentary drink was offered, though we’d much rather have had the room on time. We asked for a late check-out the next morning to make up for the delay, but that wasn’t possible.

We had a lovely stay in the ocean view villa. It felt private and intimate, even within a large resort, and the villa was beautiful throughout. The staff across the resort were attentive and lovely. Working around buggy availability was the main challenge, though taking one was a fun part of the experience too. Thank you so much.

The whole place had a calm, White Lotus kind of feel, and everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. We loved our nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa. It was spotless, spacious and even better than the photos. I got engaged here, and the team, especially Ben, helped arrange a private dinner by the water that turned out perfectly. The cocktails at 360 Bar were great too. We’ll definitely be back.

Our Ocean view villa was amazing, with a huge pool area, lovely sea views and sunsets. Everything felt cozy and romantic, and the breakfast was fantastic. We booked directly, which came with some nice perks. There was free espresso, water and tea, plus plenty of amenities. Everything was spectacular from beginning to end. Thanks!
