Bright lighting and cool air conditioning made the room feel comfortable, and it was clean too. There were handy shops nearby, plus a TV, fridge, and bottled water. The staff were kind, polite, and gave great service. Excellent!!!

The location is convenient, with food nearby, and the rooms are nicely decorated. But the service made this stay really frustrating. The building is noisy too, with pubs and bars nearby and walls that don't block the sound. I wouldn't choose it for a relaxing stay, maybe only for a last-minute getaway. Check-in was meant to be at 3 PM. We arrived close to 5, yet our room still wasn't clean or ready. There's no clear reception or check-in desk, either. Staff offered us a smaller room instead, which felt like a poor response when we'd paid for the room we booked. They told us to come back at 6:30. We agreed because we didn't want to get upset or waste more time, but when we returned close to 7, they asked for our booking number again even though we'd already given it. We got no updates, and after waiting so long, we had to ask for the key because it was already late. Even then, housekeeping hadn't finished, and I waited in line for more than 10 minutes. We didn't get into the room until 7:15 PM. The management and service need to improve.

The bed was hard enough that I could feel the springs, and the outlets were a long way from where I needed them. Noise was the biggest problem: the room wasn't soundproof, I could hear people walking and talking, and the water pump kicked in every five minutes. With the headboard right beside the bathroom, it wouldn't suit light sleepers. The room felt cramped and musty, with lots of mosquitoes. It had glass walls and curtains, and the sliding glass door didn't shut properly. It also wasn't the regular door style used in the other rooms. There wasn't a proper check-in point. When I arrived, I only saw workers, who said reception wasn't there. They called someone for me, which was fine, but I was surprised to see them take the key from a glass or similar container in front of the room. At checkout, I was simply told to leave the key on the seat outside.

The one thing going for this place is its location, with food and shops an easy walk away. Everything else about the stay was awful, and it didn't feel worth the 999 baht at all. There's no check-in counter. Keys are handed out from a basket on a bench by Burmese workers. Around 2 PM, while we were on the way there, a man called to ask whether we'd booked and if it was for a short stay or overnight. We were confused because we'd already paid in full for an overnight stay, but our name wasn't on the list. We asked if a room was available since we'd paid, and they said yes. We reached the container and gypsum board building around 3:30 PM. The staff gave us a second-floor room key, but the tiny room hadn't been cleaned. There was an open water bottle, and tissues and a used condom were hanging on the trash can. I was too angry to get a clear photo, but sent pictures to the accommodation's LINE account. I called the number they'd used and asked what they'd do. The staff member didn't understand much of what I said. The person on the phone said only that they'd handle it, with no apology, and still hadn't answered my LINE messages. I said I didn't want to stay and asked about a refund. They said they'd find another room. Since we'd already paid the full amount, I decided to give them a chance to fix things. The replacement room looked clean, though it didn't seem to be the same type we'd booked. The trash can was new, and the sheets, towels, and bottles were neatly set out. I still felt unhappy, but since we'd paid, I let it go. Then the water heater didn't work when I tried to shower, and the lights wouldn't turn on even though the circuit breaker was on. The bedding smelled musty, and the sheet was torn and worn. It made me itchy, and the bedding and room felt dirty. At night, outside noise came right through the container building. An entertainment venue behind it played very loud music until about 1:30 AM, with car sounds and other noise still disturbing us through the night. The room, service, and basic management were all terrible. I was extremely disappointed.
