Patong Tower Condominium

The place was very clean, and our waitress was friendly. We had supper here and tried two different pizzas. They were delicious, even though my Thai wife isn’t a fan of pizza. I let her choose whatever she wanted, but she decided to try pizza for only the second time in her life. It doesn’t suit her Thai palate, while her daughter loved it. I thought it was good too. Thailand isn’t known for Western-style food, but you can still come across a restaurant that does a good job with pizza or burgers. I recommend this restaurant.

We had a great sea view from the balcony on the 15th floor, and spent hours out there with something to see in every direction. The apartment had two bedrooms, was clean, and was serviced daily. The shower had excellent water pressure. The location in patong was hard to beat: shopping centres were close, the beach was across the road, and Bangla rd was a two-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they were flexible about the times. We could use three large swimming pools. The apartment we had didn’t include Internet, but it could be bought in the lobby for a reasonable price. Other apartments vary, and many include Internet. Water and electricity were included in the accommodation cost, and we had no electricity issues. We’d definitely stay at patong tower again.

The location is great, but there were a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. When we arrived, one was lying there alive. I asked the owner to send someone to clean it, and he tried himself, but unbelievably left it there and added some more dead cockroach legs from the cupboard. We saw more during our stay. The place was very dirty. We were two couples and only had one set of keys, which was very inconvenient.

The apartment was kept very clean, and there’s a travel desk outside the condo that’s really helpful for tourists. The beach is very close, and my room had an excellent sea view from the balcony. I had a great five-day stay here, close to the happening spot at Patong Beach, Bangla street.
