The check-in staff seemed completely overwhelmed by just two people trying to check in. With three arriving at once, it would be worse. The hotel needs better organization and a service-minded attitude, instead of looking for ways to provide as little as possible. This is the first hotel I've come across that charges for cleaning. They took 100 THB from the deposit they demanded in advance for a cheap towel that might cost 50 THB, and you aren't even allowed to keep the towel. There was no way to refuse the charge. It's not about the money, it feels like Airbnb treatment from a place presenting itself as a hotel. Should guests clean the room too? Future guests might want to bring cleaning supplies, or their own bedding and towels.

I've never come across a hotel that shuts off the electricity at 12.00am checkout time. They also charge an extra 100 per hour for a late checkout, which is fine with me if customers are told about it beforehand.

A clean, bright room and friendly staff made this a good stopover, which I often use when traveling between Bangkok and Isan. There's covered parking with overnight security, too. Many thanks.

The modern artisan design is lovely, with some of the painting done by famous Alex Face. The room and its facilities are all new, and I really enjoyed the comfort, the interiors and exterior decor, and how easy it was to communicate with the welcoming staff. The in-house dog and cat made the stay even nicer. I'm enjoying my time here right now.

I had a great one-night stay. It was raining hard when we went out for dinner, and one of the staff kindly drove us into town in her car. I really appreciated it, thank you kap.
