The staff were very helpful, and there’s a 5 kW electric car charger in the parking lot. My room had a large bed, and the whole hotel felt fresh and carefully considered, with new, clean spaces, a pleasant smell, and air ionizers in the hallway. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff made everything easy, helping us arrange a rental bike and trips around the district. They were friendly, ready to help, and always greeted us with a warm smile. The rooms were luxurious, very clean, and had top-notch amenities. The setting is quiet and green, with a luxurious feel that suits families or couples wanting a longer break from city life. It’s also convenient for the beach, city centre, 7/11, an ATM, the local market, and the highway. A fantastic place to stay in PKK. We’ll come back.

The service wasn’t good. There’s no lift, and nobody helped carry our heavy luggage to the second floor. My room had a very sour smell that I couldn’t stand. The bathroom design is poor too, because shower water splashes all over the floor. I definitely won’t stay again.

The room was spacious, with good hot water pressure and air conditioning that worked well without much noise. The hotel was clean, quiet, and great value, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. I tried breakfast one morning. It’s basic, but enough for a small hotel, where a buffet wouldn’t make sense. Give it a try, you won’t regret your stay.
