The atmosphere was nice, but the service was terrible and the place seemed completely unprepared. There was only one staff member to help us when we arrived. After that, our group was left to manage on our own while staff swept and mopped the floors. The rooms weren't all cleaned properly, either. One had ants, and nobody dealt with them before guests arrived. We were left to fend for ourselves and cook our own food all night. Worst service I've ever experienced.

We booked a tent, and the room was cramped with few amenities. The shared bathroom was understandable, but it had no separate wet and dry area, some water heaters worked and others didn't, and some rooms had no showers at all. We also saw a very large gecko up close in the wild. It was difficult to get in touch with staff, with nobody available to help guests and slow communication. The surroundings were nice. If you stay here, I'd suggest booking a dome or a house instead.

The place has a lovely atmosphere and lots of space. The room was clean, and I slept well. I especially liked the bathtub with its own private moon, and the view from dome tent number 5 while soaking in the tub was stunning, like a painting. Breakfast was generous, and the staff took good care of us. Everyone was relaxed and friendly, almost like being at home. I'll come back to Pua The Moon to relax again 🫶🏻🫶🏻

On my first trip to Nan, I found Pua The Moon while searching for somewhere to stay, and it looked interesting. The resort has a lawn where friends can spend time together, with activities to do as a group. For food, customers can choose from barbecue, pork pan, or jaew hon. The breakfast rice porridge was especially delicious. It feels close to nature, the price is good, and I'll definitely return 🥰.
