We’ll come back. It’s lovely and quiet here, without the constant bad music you get in a lot of places. You can hear the reggae party, though. We were in cabin 1, farther west, and that helped. The huts are simple, the owners are lovely, and the food and service were good. There’s a kettle and fridge, too. I’d have liked a bit more care put into the interiors.

The beach is really nice and relaxed, and the location is great. The bungalows look lovely, but for their comfort and quality I thought they were overpriced. We had quite a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, enough that it didn’t seem like a one-off. There was also plenty of rubbish by the resort entrance, which could definitely be improved.

We had such a peaceful, beautiful stay. The owners were really helpful and kind, even planning our trip and booking tickets for us. Our sea-view bungalow was right by the water, so we could sit on the porch and watch the waves. Kayak rental was free, too.

From the house you can go straight to the beach and sea, and in the morning we saw hornbills around and some lizards outside the hotel area. The service was good. Still, it felt too expensive for what you get. We skipped air conditioning because a room with it cost about twice as much. There was a lot of rubbish outside the entrance, which made the hotel look bad.
