I used my time off for a hot spring self-therapy stay and spent five nights at the Galla. The officers were very friendly and helpful. When I checked out, I realized I'd left my ID card behind. One officer called and even needed to drive to bring it to me. I really appreciate that. In the end, my bike driver picked it up for me. I understand the officer was on shift at the time, and there was nobody at the counter, so I managed things on my own. Ranong locals are genuinely kind and sincere. Thanks again to everyone who helped during my staycation. I'll come back to this hotel for hot spring therapy, at least four times a year. Breakfast tasted good, the surroundings were lovely, and the room was clean with a large, clean bed. It's easy to get to the hotel too. 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with western options like ham and sausage as well as local rice with minced meat, which was surprisingly tasty. The orange juice, little dessert platter, and yogurt rounded it out nicely. The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, hair dryer, and safe. The cupboard is tiny and has only one hanger. The shower has hot water, though its loose head wouldn't stay put.

The rooms are an excellent size, and the bed was the largest I've ever slept in, as well as comfortable. Ask for a top-floor room for great views and a good sunset. There's a nice clean pool, plus a TV, coffee, and fridge. Staff were friendly and it's excellent value. Walking Street isn't far away. Highly recommend.

The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel has a great gym. It feels like good value. A few pigeons had settled on the balcony, though they weren't especially noisy.

The Galla is handy for strolling around the market, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a good bathroom. We didn't eat at the Korean restaurant on site, but it looked busy and the food looked tempting.
