We were there for two nights before our liveaboard trip to Burma. The rooms were quiet and well maintained, and there are plenty of restaurants along the same road for trying different kinds of food. It was also a great spot for my morning runs. Our dive centre was just 200 meters away on the same street, and the location was good value for the money.

There was air-conditioning, water and towels, plus free snacks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the downstairs common area. The beds were firm, but still sleepable. The only thing I really found disappointing was the sad-looking balcony. Otherwise, it was a good place to unwind after a long day of travel.

The room was basic, but clean, fairly new and looked after. The bathroom was nice too. Front desk staff were pleasant. I did have to leap over a couple of ponds of water to reach my room, but I was still pretty pleased with the place. I’d come back for another visa run, and with all the good cafes in Ranong, returning would be a pleasure.

We had a family room for four, and it was clean, comfortable, nice and quite spacious. There’s no elevator. The location is right downtown in Ranong, with food easy to find nearby and the pier, hot spring, beach and other main attractions about a 5-20 minute drive away. The lobby has ten or more tables where guests can sit and relax, with snacks and coffee available. Parking is in front of the hotel.

For 580 THB in Feb 2025, this was an okay hotel in a good town location. It had parking, WiFi, TV, a fridge, good A/C, hot water and a small balcony with no chairs or view. Free coffee was available. The mattress was firm.
