Pure Eleven Hotel Bangkok

I’d happily return to the Pure Eleven Premier Room. It was spacious, spotless and well kept, with a super comfortable bed that let me sleep well. A towel folded into a swan was a sweet welcome surprise. The buffet had a good range, and the restaurant team were polite and attentive. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to checkout. The large, comfortable lobby gives a nice first impression. It’s good value in a central spot near Pratunam, with shopping and transport easy to reach. I’d recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean and atas, and the price was really affordable. The staff were super friendly. Ananya helped us with a last-minute booking after we’d had a terrible experience with our previous booking. She was bubbly and kind, and speaks several languages. Highly recommend!

I was already staying at another hotel, kim hotel, for the night when I accidentally booked a room here for 21 April 2026 at 9:30 PM instead of 22 April. I spotted the mistake within a minute and contacted both the hotel and customer support straight away to cancel. I followed up several times, explaining it was an honest mistake and a duplicate booking since I couldn’t stay at two hotels on the same date. I also made clear that I hadn’t checked in or used any services. Even after my quick response and repeated requests, they refused both a refund and a simple date change. I’m very disappointed by the lack of understanding for an obvious human error, and hope management handles genuine cases better in future.

The hotel buffet has few choices, the water pressure is very low, and it’s a long walk to get there because the location is quite far inside. Be careful with tour packages sold at the counter by the lobby entrance. In my experience, they tend to take guests to overpriced services, especially floating market boat tours. Check the going rates first. I learned that the hard way.
