The city view was fantastic, and the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. My room was clean and well maintained. The bed, though, was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep very well. The location works well if you need to be near the airport, but getting to nearby restaurants and activities takes a bit of a trek. I'd recommend it for a short stay, maybe not an extended one.

I went to book a stay for a graduation ceremony, but the reservation process turned into a mess. The owner, a very old-fashioned grandmother, had reservations written on scraps of paper all piled together and couldn't find my name. I showed her my deposit receipt, but she refused it and accused me of forgery and similar things. We argued. She kept bringing up that her children and grandchildren had PhDs and were diplomats, lawyers, and so on. I didn't want to stay there by then, I just wanted my money back. She ultimately refused to let me stay, and it took a long argument and negotiation to get a refund. I'd already transferred thousands of baht for the booking, and the whole thing wasted a lot of time. It's a terrible management system.

I came across these apartments by chance and had a fantastic stay. The hostess was friendly, the room was clean, and everything worked. I highly recommend it!
