515 VICTORY Hotel

There are two guest spaces on different floors, one air-conditioned and one outdoors, plus a coffee machine, biscuits, and water. I missed having a chair on the balcony and a mirror in the room. There was no phone in the room either, so reaching reception meant going all the way down there. The hotel has its own artsy feel, with exposed pipes and an unfinished ceiling, and the room was a good size and comfortable. A rectangular window above the table had wooden slats that didn't block the sunrise, so it woke us up. The next day, staff kindly added curtains. The location was ideal, with Starbucks, 7/11, and a BTS station right at the doorstep.

The air conditioner was a little loud, though still acceptable. Otherwise, we had a clean, spacious, cosy twin room with a balcony. It came with a kettle, hair dryer, TV, and good WiFi, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Victory Monument BTS is just a short walk away, with shopping malls and plenty of food and drink places nearby. I'll definitely return.

The location made getting around easy, with the BTS, 7-11, and lots of other places close by. The room was pretty and quiet, and each floor had a shared area with free snacks and drinks. Taking off a star because the tub wasn't very clean, especially the black part in it, and it took ages to fill with hot water.

The Deluxe Twin was gorgeous compared with the Standard King, and I was happy to pay the difference to keep it. The bathtub was a good size, and the hotel's location is great, with lots of food nearby, including Starbucks, 7 eleven, and takeaway options. I'll definitely be back. I booked three nights through Agoda because I wanted a room with a bathtub. Agoda's listing had incorrectly shown a bathtub for the Standard King, but at check-in the front desk told me there had been a website mistake. The manager was contacted right away and generously offered us a Deluxe Twin at no extra cost, though it was available for just one night. We accepted and contacted Agoda, while the hotel management also got in touch with Agoda. After we saw the Deluxe Twin, we wanted to pay the difference and stay in it for the rest of our booking. The hotel was fully booked and there weren't other rooms with bathtubs. We went shopping for three hours, then got the wonderful news that management had decided to extend our upgrade for the rest of the stay. I'm very grateful to Jannie, the management of 515 Victory Hotel, and the front desk staff for the warm welcome and care. Thank you very much to the hotel for the excellent welcome and care🙏
