Joe, the suited staff member who’s often smiling at the front of the hotel, was so helpful. He carried my bags when I arrived, then helped load them into a taxi at checkout and explained the airport route to the driver. Really professional service. The pool is on the small side but still usable. The food was delicious, and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and attentive.

We felt safe and well looked after, and all the staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was standard, and breakfast was very good, though the dining area was crowded. The pool is small but fine, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. Our room wasn’t ready right at check-in, but Lobby Manager Joe followed up and sped up the arrangement until we got the room we wanted. He also gave us clear directions and good suggestions for places to see in Bangkok.

Our room was spacious, clean, and lovely. The housekeeper who looked after us regularly was such a lovely young woman and made the stay special. We’d definitely come back, since shops are within walking distance and transport is right outside. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was a buffet with just about every kind of food you could think of. Dinner choices changed, though as a Thai food lover I kept ordering the same few dishes. We also paid for the Valentine’s dinner, which was excellent. The chef is very talented, and Vida made sure each meal went perfectly. The one hiccup was finding someone had charged drinks to our room. It was eventually sorted out, but the unexpected charge was a shock, since we’d paid for any alcohol we ordered at the time.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the room was comfortable. The pool is small, but cute and cozy. It’s easy to get around from here, with BTS and MRT nearby. Reception service was excellent, and Khun Joe, the head of the bellhops, was especially helpful with travel advice and local sightseeing tips. Highly recommended.
