I had a really pleasant stay. Tem, one of the receptionists, and her sister went above and beyond to make it memorable.

For 400b, we got a second-floor room in the original part of the building, with its quirky character still intact. The hotel is in a good location and could be lovely once the renovations are done. Our room had air conditioning and hot water, but no duvet. The owner said the cheaper rooms don't come with one, and complaining to her didn't help. We carry our own for emergencies, but later that day the helpful young receptionist brought a duvet after we asked him to follow up for us. We stayed one night.

We've stayed here a few times. The rooms are basic but good value, and the WiFi is strong in some areas. Rooms 14-17 face the main road, where speeding motorbikes are often very loud late at night. Update: Closed for renovation in January 2020!

A charming old-fashioned hotel, kept very clean. The reception lady is polite and helpful, and it's well located and good value.
