I stayed for a month, and the weekly cleaning was useful. It's not a five-star hotel, but the basics are done well: good internet, a spacious room with a balcony, and a roomy shower on the balcony. The location is excellent for Central, the hospital, Lotus, Phuket town, and Andamanda Water Park. Cheap fresh fruit is sold right by the lobby entrance. The furniture is quite old, but that didn't matter much to me since I only slept there. The receptionist was kind and helped me get a TM30 certificate. Communication can be tricky sometimes if you don't speak Thai, though Google Translate is an option. During high season it was either 5000 or 6000 baht, and water and electricity together were under 1000 baht. Very good value for money.

A clean, honest two-star place, and I have no complaints. The internet is very good, the staff are friendly, and the bed is a little hard, Thai style. I've stayed before and will come back. Good value for the price.

Good value, and the nearby restaurants serve great meals compared with other areas I know. The hotel was quiet in February and clean. There aren't many westerners around, so learn a few basic words ahead of time. Use the buses and exchange money at Big C. This isn't a place for people who can't manage on their own. Some people give low ratings for silly reasons.

The room was large, but it only had a one-ton air conditioner. Staff were very unhelpful and didn't know English, and they refused to provide even one extra pillow. The location is also really inconvenient, with no public transport at all.

We had booked three rooms, but on arrival the reception said only one was available. The service from the staff was very poor. Don't book here unless you're ready to hunt for somewhere to stay at the last minute.
