For an overnight stay, it’s good value. The room was clean and had cable TV, though there was no hot water.

The price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and gave good service. My room was clean, too. I’d like them to fix the water leaking through the bathroom ceiling on the ground floor, room 104.

It felt safe with CCTV cameras, and the accommodation was clean. The caretaker and housekeeper were both lovely.

It’s affordable and convenient, with good service. The place is clean and close to Phuket Rajabhat University. I recommend it!
