The pool is a real highlight, well kept and giving the place a distinctive look. The rooms are maintained well, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. This hotel is decent and easy to reach, just a few metres off the main road. Breakfast is good, though the choices are limited, and you can order food as well. Room service is top notch. Just be aware that weddings or outdoor events here can get pretty noisy. I was happy with my stay.

The staff were helpful and quick to bring towels, and the hotel has a nice lawn and swimming pool. But the room smelled musty when we arrived, and for a four-star hotel the cleanliness wasn't what I expected. We checked in late and asked for water at 1 a.m. The receptionist said only two 500 ml bottles were served. We were fine paying for another, but were told they didn't sell water and that we could go to Seven Eleven. If we'd known at check-in, we could have planned ahead. Better communication would have helped.

A wedding in the garden started at 7 a.m. on Sunday while I was staying there. The noise disturbed my peace and woke me up, leaving me frustrated and ruining the start of my day. The room itself was great and the staff were friendly.

The coffee shop was poor, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom. The sink is oddly in the middle of the room. The receptionists were among the worst I've encountered in Phuket, impolite and aggressive. Avoid the catcall cost.

The location isn't the most convenient, though parking is easy and the large, clean pool and decent-sized hotel give it a bit of a resort feel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. On our first night the air conditioner was loud. They tried to fix it, but the noise didn't improve, so within an hour of our asking they moved us to new rooms.
