The team helped us with everything from check-in through checkout, including arranging a car and bikes. Our villa at Emerald Pool Villa was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. I stayed there with friends for a week, and we felt secure and really enjoyed our time.

The private pool was a calm, relaxing spot to unwind, and the villa itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Emerald Pool Villa also has a great location for getting to nearby beaches and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was really impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Phuket.

The owners were easy to reach before our holiday, and sorting things out over WhatsApp was a big help when visiting somewhere new. The villa was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed, and the cleaners came regularly. It's in a good area for reaching amenities, and the communication throughout was great.

We spent a month here and found it a perfect villa for a family. The facilities were excellent, including an oven, outdoor grill, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Nai Han Beach, Raiwai Seafood Market, and Saiyuan Night Market were all just a few minutes away.
