Palm Oasis Boutique Hotel

Some of the staff were really nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was pleasantly dark at night. During the day, though, hardly any light came in, and the lights inside were too strong and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were very expensive, a soda was 60thb. The AC fans made the pool area noisy. Our room didn't seem finished: a curtain hid a wall of insulation, with nothing else separating us from another guest's room, so we could basically hear everything. The Wi-Fi worked sometimes, but not reliably.

The staff were polite, and the room was dark at night, with a good bed and pillows. But outside by the pool, the AC fans were noisy. Our room didn't seem ready, or at least that's what we thought, because there was only some insulation between it and the next room. You can see it in the picture, and we could hear the other guests clearly, so it felt far from private. The room was also poorly insulated from the hallway, meaning we heard people coming and going, especially doors closing. Drinks and food cost a lot, with each soda at 60thb. During the day almost no light came into the room.

The AC stopped working during my stay, but they moved me to a better room to sort it out. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help. Really nice.

A cozy, nice place, with greenery around it. There aren't many apartments, so it feels private, and the rooms are big too.
