A great villa stay in a convenient location, with very comfortable rooms and the usual kind, friendly staff. There’s everything you need within walking distance. It’s a lovely place for families, couples, or solo travelers.

The place is nice and clean, with a quiet location and a pool on site. Even when towels seemed clean, they often had marks on them. Not sure what people do with the towels, but some looked like they had blood or makeup on them.

We really liked the pet-friendly setup and the handy dog-walking area. We stayed for three weeks and were very happy with our time there. The grounds have a large, clean pool, a lounge space, and a jacuzzi and barbecue area that was nice for relaxing in the evening. Our room was bright, spacious, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful design details. The kitchenette was useful for cooking, and there was also a TV, air conditioning, and a safe. Housekeeping came daily, and the staff were polite and ready to help.

Bringing our friends along this time was a great idea. They immediately felt at home too, and are already talking about booking another stay. We've been coming to Phuket Riviera Villas for 15 years, and it's felt like a second home to us. We love the villas, the clean pool, and how tidy everything is. The familiar staff are a big part of what makes each visit so enjoyable. See you again soon!

The rooms are old and run down, the photos don't match, and cleanliness was basically zero. The fan was so loud, and there were so many insects that sleeping was difficult. When I asked management to improve the cleanliness and raise the standard, they told me to leave if I didn't like it. The management was rude and poor. I wouldn't spend money here, especially when there are much better choices on the same street.
