I spent a year and a half here and left feeling very grateful. Finding a place that’s genuinely pet-friendly, clean, safe, and beautiful is hard, and they made it feel like a sanctuary for my pet. The staff became like family, always smiling and ready to help. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just steps away. I’ll miss my time here dearly. Whether you’re staying briefly or for the long term, I don’t think you can do better. Thank you for everything!

For what I paid, it was a good escape from everything. My room was huge, generally clean, had a great mountain view, and the air conditioning cooled really well. The staff were amazing, especially the spectacular guy at the front desk. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and came by later in the afternoon if needed. They replaced two bottles of water daily, and towels were changed every day, though mine had stains. The bidet couldn’t be used. The gym is dated but fine for basic needs. I stayed on the third floor of the main building, which has no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcases upstairs. The mattresses were two single ones laid vertically, so I had to sleep sideways. There was no phone in the room, meaning I had to go downstairs to reach the front desk. Laundry was available at a reasonable per-kilo price and came back within 24 hours. The location is a bit far away, and the roads are dimly lit at night. There are two entrances: one closer to the hotel goes past a scrap yard, while the other is quieter and nicer. Roosters around the scrap yard can make noise, so light sleepers might notice them. Delivery drivers also have a hard time finding the hotel.

The property and landscaping are beautiful, but after that, things go downhill. The restaurant was out of operation, despite advertising free breakfast, and there wasn’t even an ice machine. If you want ice, you’re told to call Grab or a taxi to the nearest store, but without your own cooler there’s nowhere to keep it. My room was huge, but the bed was terrible and the linens smelled of stale urine. The odor got into my clothes, and I barely slept for several reasons. I arrived hungry with my Service Dog after skipping breakfast and lunch, only to find there was no restaurant. Later, I put my valuables in the room safe, leaving only a few Baht 20, and went out for a quick walk. When I returned, the safe wouldn’t open. I went to the front desk around 7 pm, but nobody was there. I was exhausted, stuck drinking warm water, and couldn’t get to my cash. I eventually found the clerk the next day at 10 am, feeding her cats in the lobby. Cats are all around the property, and one had a terrible open wound on its neck. I was booked for five days but left after around 20 hours. The entry road was a deplorable alley piled with garbage, with street dogs around. The light switches are by the front door, so you have to walk back there to turn the lights off. They should be fined for advertising a restaurant and free breakfast that aren’t available.

The hotel has large rooms and is fairly close to the beach. The pool isn’t in a very convenient spot for most renters, and the location leaves a little to be desired, perhaps until it’s renovated.
