Rawai Palm Beach Resort

The location was quiet, which made for relaxing nights, and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the pool was large and great, with a bar serving food and drinks. They cleaned the room daily, which we appreciated. The air conditioning was a bit loud but worked very efficiently.

Nadia deserves a special mention. Her energy and smiles brightened our day whenever we saw her. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, always happy to help make the stay as good as possible. Our room at Rawai Palm Beach was fantastic, with a huge bath, a rainfall shower, and easy access to the awesome pool. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the location was good. Luxurious but still friendly. We had an amazing stay this week and highly recommend it!

The deluxe pool access room we had was large and really nice, with good air conditioning. It’s a lovely, very large resort, and a buggy can pick you up from your room. The road outside and along the beach was busy, so it wasn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Also, getting to the pool bar is very difficult if you have mobility issues, and there’s no disability access to the breakfast area, so be aware if you need that.

The room surprise for my wife was the moment we’ll remember most. The team decorated it with flower petals, brought a cake and a bottle of wine, and added a personal message from me. It meant a lot to her and made the occasion feel really special. We were at Rawai Palm Beach Resort for our honeymoon and her birthday, and Ms. Nittaya helped everything go smoothly. She was attentive, professional, and very helpful. The rest of the staff were just as kind, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was cleaned every day, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The food was excellent too. We were so happy with the stay and would gladly come back. I’d recommend it to anyone after a romantic, relaxing break.
