The bed was very soft, which might suit some people. The stay itself was a disaster, though, even though I only spent one night there. I paid extra to check in early and also paid for breakfast for two days. The first breakfast was poor: rice, an egg, and two Thai food choices, with no fruit and only tea or coffee to drink. The shower had no hot water. When the technicians came to fix it, they walked in wearing their shoes. Afterward the water alternated between hot for 10 seconds and cold for 10 seconds. It was working properly when I got back from shopping. At 5 this morning I told the front desk I was leaving early and didn't want the second breakfast or to pay for it. I asked for a discount, and the woman said she'd speak to her manager. I'm waiting to hear what happens. I only went to look around, and I'm sorry I did.

The air conditioning gets really cold, and the room was spotless. The staff were lovely and polite too.

The pool was lovely for a swim in the morning or evening. I also found the room very good value for two people, especially with the surprisingly generous breakfast buffet, which even had an espresso machine. Check-in was polite and efficient, the room was clean and cool, and the bed was comfortable.

The dinner, especially the “Kao Pad Krapao Platoo,” was something I really loved. Our room was spacious and clean, and we had an unforgettable holiday here. The accommodation was wonderful, with such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. Thanks to the front desk staff for taking such good care of us.

It's a little out of the way, but that worked fine for me. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, reasonably priced, and had a clean pool.
