The Wi-Fi was weak and the cleaning wasn't good. The price on the sign at the entrance said 650 baht, but reception asked for 700, and there was never a discount. A year ago, there was no water for washing during my stay. On the most recent night, one of the air conditioners didn't work.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. It's in a good spot too. I'd be glad to stay here again and would recommend it.

The view over the city is lovely, and the place itself is really nice. Shopping malls, bus stations, and the centre of Rayong city are all close by.

It looks lovely from the outside, but the hotel isn't clean.

I'd avoid this hotel or condo rental service. The room wasn't clean, and it's far from the tour sites. My wallet and money went missing from the room. The police didn't help us, and they took the hotel's side. It's your choice, but I wouldn't use the service.
