We enjoyed our English camp here. The hall was roomy and tidy, and the equipment and utilities were good. There was no Wi-Fi, but otherwise things were fine for the affordable price. Parking was spacious too.

I just wanted hot water for a cup of noodles when I got hungry at night. The male staff member eventually brought some to my room, but the female staff member kept saying no. She seemed to be in charge and came across as very lazy. They had to wake up because a full bed was set up behind reception, and they seemed shocked when I did. That level of service is unacceptable in any hotel, and I hope that staff member is removed.

The pool was missing a thorough algae cleaning, and the balcony floor had come apart. The rooms were impossible for the price, and I couldn't find a water heater in mine. Breakfast was only open as a buffet when more than six customers were there. If you wanted something from the menu, you had to pay extra. The breakfast itself was the same every day, with no black bread and no changes. The Wi-Fi, ISP Wifi Flour1, couldn't handle more than six customers before TV streaming stopped working. Why isn't anything being repaired? The hotel was supposed to close in 2563 (2020) because of this unrestrained "service". What a pity. I've lived in Asia and Thailand for a long time, but I don't see a future for this place. Today, 24 Februar 2016, happy I go home. Attention to Europe's customers who want to sleep here.
