Ban Suan Bang Toei Homestay

We’ve stayed here three times now and keep coming back for the beautiful natural surroundings, with fruit gardens all around. The lady manager is wonderful. Thanks so much, we’ll be back again.

Good value for the money, and the host is great. The place is okay, though it feels a bit old and could be better.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it. The atmosphere feels warm, and the riverside restaurant is a nice feature. Don Wai Floating Market is just across the way, with lots of food around. The staff were all cheerful, smiling, and attentive, and the service deserves five stars. Our room was new, clean, and spacious, with a smart TV. The soft pillows and mattress made for a comfortable night's sleep.

I want to give an honest review because this was a terrible experience, and I didn't expect these problems. The service staff were good, but the room and breakfast were both only two stars. The room was small, the bathroom very cramped, and the smell wasn't pleasant. The air conditioning got nice and cold, but the blanket was unusually thin and stiff. The thin curtains let in so much light that it was hard to sleep. As two women, we felt scared when we saw them. There were ants while we slept, then cockroaches on the bed in the morning. The price isn't exactly cheap. I hope management pays attention and fixes this. 😥
