There's a security guard every night, and they give you free water in glass bottles each day. The location works well for me, with supermarkets nearby and the yellow line train close by. Just don't leave your key in the room after 10pm, or you won't be able to use the lift until morning.

There was little to no traffic, though some of the intersections nearby are tricky. It's a good distance from Suvarnabhumi airport, with plenty of parking, and it's near Bering station and MEGA Bangna. The place is a little away from Bangkok's chaotic center. If you'll arrive after 9PM, check with the owners or custodians first. It's better to reach them through LINE app if you're late, since the keys will be locked away and you'll need a password from them. The hotel was okay and spacious, but my room had sheets that weren't white and an old, somewhat noisy air conditioner. My friend's room had white sheets and a newer unit, so it seems to vary.
