Fern Paradise

We’ve been to Fern Paradise three times now and will be back again. The setting in the forest is so unusual and peaceful, with traditional houses, a lovely pool, and a cafe serving a delicious breakfast.

We had our own treehouse at Fern Paradise, and it was the most romantic place we stayed during our trip. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the jacuzzi spa tub was a lovely extra for our honeymoon. The owner, his son, and all the staff made the stay feel special. They were warm, attentive, and thoughtful, and breakfast each morning was prepared with care and felt personal. For a unique, intimate, luxurious stay in Chiang Mai, Fern Paradise was a dream. I’d highly recommend it.

Leaving Fern Paradise today is hard. Our family of six had such a good holiday in this beautiful, unusual setting, and Om and family looked after us with a level of attention we haven't found in other hotels. We loved cooling off in the pool, and breakfast felt like a treat each morning. The rooms were clean, and the Air Con was very welcome in the heat. We'll definitely come back to this oasis.

The owner was so considerate that I'd happily stay here again if I get back to Chiang Mai. We spent five days here, enjoying the tasty breakfast, good coffee, and lovely surroundings. The cabin was a bit damp, which wasn't surprising, and a dehumidifier would've helped. There were mosquitoes too, though the place isn't in the city center.
