Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant has both Thai and international food. The staff at The Paradise Resort were welcoming and glad to help with questions or requests. We had a spacious, comfortable room. There are different room sizes, including options for couples and families. The resort sits by the lake and wooden Mon-bridge, on the Thai side of Sangkhlaburi, and makes a peaceful base for sightseeing around Sanghklaburi, including Mon Bridge, the Chedi Phutthakhaya, and Wat Wang Wiwekaram. It felt well worth the price.

I’d stay for two nights if you can. One night really isn’t enough to take Sangkhlaburi slowly and see most of it. The coffee is good, and breakfast was basic but adequate; given Covid meant the hotel couldn’t offer its full breakfast, that’s understandable. The place is new, clean, tidy, and quiet, with friendly, well-trained staff. It’s not a luxury boutique hotel dressed up for selfies, but it has what you need. The room was probably the best we’ve had in Sangkhlaburi, and the hotel is a step above the other places we knew. Strongly recommend it.

It’s a new hotel right in the city, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Sangklaburi.

The facilities were 3/5 for me because the door was quite difficult to lock and unlock. Room cleanliness and location were both 4/5. Breakfast gets 5/5 for the price, and service was 5/5 too. Overall, a good hotel, better than the others around here.
