Update: I stayed here again, and this time there were lots of partiers and noise. It felt less like a family place. I had no hot water, and after I told the manager, it took over a week for anyone to come look at it. I had to remind her twice. The pricing has changed too, and they no longer offer 10,000 baht a month with electricity included. I won’t stay here again, though it’s not a terrible place and might still be worth looking into. Before that, I lived at The Net serviced apartments for 3 months, from December through January, February and part of March. The rate was 10,000 Baht monthly, including electricity and water. Management was outstanding, always pleasant and helpful, and the cleaning staff kept the place spotless. I rated the facilities a 2 because management turned off the internet early in the morning, then switched it back on after a few hours. It may not bother most people, but I’m up early checking email. After a few days I got used to waiting for the connection to return. During the holidays management provided free food, and it was really, really good. The apartments are on a quiet soi. A few roosters crow in the early morning, which might bother some people, but I enjoyed it. I very much enjoyed my stay then and would recommend the apartment.
