The location and views are amazing, but the bed is awful and the staff seem to have no idea how service works. When I came into the restaurant, everyone just stared without saying anything. I had to ask if I could eat and whether I could see a menu, then got no answer and had to get one myself. It felt like a scene from a prank video. One day of training, even just reminding people to smile when a customer walks in, would make a huge difference. There’s also a lot of visible waste around the property. Old broken windows and doors are piled under a bungalow where everyone can see them. They could cover it with a tarp or haul it away. It’s strange to be surrounded by nature and such a beautiful view, then look over at a pile of trash. It seems easy to fix if anyone cared to.

The restaurant food is good, and the location makes it easy to get around, very close to Mon bridge. The views are fantastic. The gym is okay and so is the pool, but the rooms need some updating and maintenance. The mattress is poor, the toilet has a distinct smell, and the staff have zero service knowledge.

The view is great, the location is handy, and Mon Bridge is only a five-minute walk away. The room was clean, but very old. The power tripped a few times in the middle of the night, and the bed was hard to sleep on. I won’t recommend this place and never want to come back. :(

From our room we had a great view over Sangkla and the Mon wooden bridge. The room was clean, and both the restaurant food and service were good.
