The pool was kept in good shape, and our apartment had recently been renovated, despite the building being over twenty years old. For the price, it was hard to find anything comparable within a kilometer. Since each unit is individually owned, quality can differ, and the place was very quiet when we stayed in September.

It’s a peaceful, quiet place, with a clean beach and easy access to the sea. The pool is large, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have balconies. You also get lovely views over the Pattaya seafront. Highly recommend.

The sea view is wonderful from every room, and the beachfront condo has a newly renovated pool. I’d recommend it for guests who have their own car.

Renting here costs an outrageous $1,000 or more, and for that money I’d rather get a villa with a pool. The condotel is old, partly broken, and feels half-dead. It’s also in the middle of nowhere, with no convenience stores, shops, markets, or massage places nearby.
