The hotel had such a lively feel, with a fun design and a great vibe. Even though it was full over the long holiday, the staff were really nice and the service was good. Khun Beam made us a really good cocktail, and Khun Odette and Khun Pam looked after us at Esme during dinner. They were all so friendly, and the recommended food was delicious. We loved resting here and liked it so much that we’ll definitely come back! 🧡🧡🧡

Khun Mod made our meal at Beach Club Restaurant especially enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and paid close attention to making sure we felt looked after. Her warm hospitality made us feel valued throughout our visit. The beachfront setting was beautifully designed, with a vibrant but relaxing atmosphere, and the food exceeded my expectations. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients, great flavors, and lovely presentation. Thanks to Mod and the whole Beach Club team for a memorable experience. I’d highly recommend Beach Club Restaurant for the food, atmosphere, and service, and I look forward to coming back.

Light sleepers should ask for a room on the 3rd floor or higher. Dogs stay on the 1st floor, and the sound insulation wasn’t enough to keep out their barking. I could hear them for almost the whole night, and it seriously disrupted my sleep. The hotel is pet-friendly, but if you’re visiting during a busy period and want a quiet, exclusive getaway, it may be worth double-checking your booking dates. The hotel itself is wonderful, though some things need attention. The hallways were dusty, with quite a bit of hair on the carpet or floor. Since the design is all white, any dirt or lack of care stands out and takes away from the luxury feel. Also, the on-site 'After You' cafe draws in a huge number of outside tourists. Many people were using the lobby and lounge seats to take photos, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere and guests’ privacy. I didn’t see staff actively managing the situation.

We got lucky and found a room on Valentine’s Day even though the place was fully booked. With so many guests around, it still felt cozy and private, which made it a lovely couples’ getaway. The property is very photogenic, and there’s plenty to do without going out: a pool, fitness facilities, activities, several restaurants and bars with Thai, Western, and Mexican food, plus an adult area with a bar and ice bath activities that was different and fun to try. Breakfast had lots of choices, though it’s better to go early before it gets busier later in the morning. Our room was quiet and clean, and the TV connected to our phone for easy movie streaming. Room service also ran late, which was convenient. A few things could be better: the linens had a slightly musty smell, the pillows were softer than I like, and there was no lock between the separate shower and toilet. The air of the stay was still relaxed and enjoyable.
