The location is about as good as it gets, right in the middle of tiny koh lipe but still pretty quiet. The cute little bungalows have fans and private bathrooms, and the wonderful, super friendly manager kept them clean. Recommended 200% :)

The room is very basic but convenient, right by Walking Street, with easy access to food, especially halal options. It's walkable to both Pattaya beach and sunrise beach. Sunset beach is a bit farther, around 10-15 minutes on foot, but you can take a tuk-tuk for THB 50, if I remember right.

The garden is nice, and the place feels friendly, clean and relaxing. It's breezy up on the hill, in a good spot between the beaches and just off Walking St. Perfect.

The guy at reception was really helpful and very nice. A really lovely, quiet place to stay.
