The stairs up to the bedroom are quite steep, so they might not suit everyone. Apart from that, we had a lovely three-night stay. The place is right by the beach, with great snorkeling nearby. The room had a fridge, AC, kettle and nice lighting, and everything worked well. The bed was soft, the shower had nice hot water, and they brought water and toilet paper every day. They were also very responsive. I can strongly recommend staying here.

Sunrise Beach is just a few steps away, so we got to enjoy beautiful sunrises. Walking Street and 7 Eleven are close too. At Lipe Sea Sleep Homestay, the staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our mezzanine room was fantastic, with a comfy bed and sofa. Everything was clean, cosy and well looked after, and the shower pressure was excellent. The high-speed WiFi worked perfectly while we were there. We'd definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

We'd happily stay here again. The room was clean, and it had hot water and air-conditioning. The staff were very helpful too. Sunrise Beach is less than a minute away on foot, and Walking Street takes about five minutes to reach. Thanks for a great experience.

Thanks for a lovely afternoon on the private sunset boat tour. There were four of us, and both the skipper and his helper were great. They had an ice box for our beers and provided water and watermelon. We stopped at a few islands and some amazing snorkeling spots, and they supplied the snorkeling gear.

The location worked well, with Walking Street only five minutes away and a good pizza place in the same lane. Room cleaning was good. The host tanika was excellent and helped us beyond what we expected. Thank u Lipe Sea Sleep.
