Raya Resort

We spent five nights in a small bungalow that had almost nothing in it besides an old AC. The doors don't close tightly, leaving big gaps for cockroaches to come and go. I found a huge one crawling through a bag I'd left on the floor. The ceiling doesn't seal against the roof either, so it seems easy for insects to get in. The bed covers didn't match and were mostly furry throws, the sort you'd use in cold weather. I've never had towels this poor: they didn't dry us at all, seemed synthetic rather than cotton, and were dark brown and looked dodgy. There were mosquitoes all over, even though the room had a device meant to deter them. It felt as if the place had been thrown together to overcharge people who don't have many options on a small island. I don't recommend it, and it was very poor value for money.
