The restaurant’s chefs aren’t Michelin Star chefs, but they’ve got years of Thai cuisine experience and are more like Sukhothai Star. The kitchen uses ingredients from the property’s own garden, including lemons, coconuts, and bananas. Their approach feels modern to me because they serve local traditional Thai cuisine that’s been around for over 700 years. Hygiene is impeccable, from the kitchen to the toilets, and they also provide facilities for disabled people.
