The people working here made the stay pleasant. They were kind, helpful, caring, soft-spoken, and hardworking, mostly ladies. I also forgot some expensive things at the hotel, and they kept them safe until I came back. The hotel and its location both felt safe. The property is old and could use some renovation, but the room had what I needed and everything worked. The air conditioning was fine, the beds were clean, and there was no bad smell. The tap pressure wasn't great, though it was usable. I enjoyed my stay at Avana.

I left some expensive liquor bottles behind, and they kept them safely and returned them to me. Even with the language barrier, the staff did everything they could to help. I'm vegetarian, and they also tried to offer some vegetarian menu options each day. I had a great experience at avana.

Rooms were good and everything was clean. One location note: the actual spot is 100m further north, to the RIGHT, of the pin. The pin isn't accurate right now. Hopefully it gets updated.

I'm in room 8752 and have been getting bitten by bed bugs every night. I've asked the hotel three times, but they still haven't cleaned or changed the bed.

Do NOT stay here. This place felt incredibly eerie and creepy, and it's hard to find unless you use a reliable bolt taxi. Something about it feels very, very, very off.
