I've been staying here for several days, and the owner and staff have been very rude. The service has been terrible. I paid late, but I did pay, and that doesn't justify treating me this way. If they didn't want me here, they shouldn't have acted like this. It's completely unacceptable. Please think about that, and work on your tone and the way you speak to people.

Traffic noise from the street outside went on constantly, and I couldn't sleep. The curtains were too thin, so blackout ones would be better. The bedding looked old and smelled bad, and there was mold on the headboard when I looked closely. The hotel needs to improve the rooms' cleanliness and smell.

Traffic noise and dogs barking carried on until 2 AM because the room faced the street. The room itself was very old, and the furnishings were worn out.

The exterior doesn't look appealing, but inside it's beautiful. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the price was excellent for what I got.
