Somerset Harbourview Sri Racha

For a business trip, this hotel worked really well. The room had what I needed for focused work as well as time to relax, and the location made getting around easy. Somerset Harbourview Sri Racha offers good value while keeping to high international standards. It seems suited to both work trips and a weekend away. I'd recommend it to travelers visiting Sriracha.

Yam was especially helpful during my stay. I felt very cold, and they brought me an extra blanket, which made a real difference. Later, I accidentally left my card in the room, and Yam copied a card so I could get back in. I really appreciated the quick, kind help. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the stay was very comfortable. I'd gladly come back.

Check-in on May 2, 2026 left a very poor first impression. When I was giving my ID and clarifying the booking name, the female receptionist cut me off in a frustrated, dismissive tone. After leaving the desk, I saw her sigh repeatedly and make negative comments about guests to colleagues. Between 15:00 and 15:20, she wore a casual blue shirt and black trousers, not Thai traditional clothing. I don't know her name. She also gave us no information at all about the hotel directory, so we had to ask another staff member later. Quite a bad experience, and I hope the front desk team addresses it. Not recommended.

The breakfast was the biggest letdown. There was some variety, but the quality was poor: cold food, soggy and tasteless tempura, dry meat in several fried dishes, awful coffee, terrible jams, and an orange drink that seemed artificially colored rather than real juice. The watermelon, pineapple, and vegetable salad were the only things I found worth eating. The pool was nice, though the water was cold. The bed was comfortable and the room decent, but the noisy air conditioning made it impossible to sleep with it running, while the room got too hot without it. I woke several times to switch it on and off. Early temple services right outside the windows were noisy too, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. I wouldn't return.
