It's a great-value budget hotel in a handy spot between the bus stop and the ferry to Ko Si Chang. The owner doesn't speak English, but she's very friendly. There isn't an elevator, though I don't mind taking the stairs. There are a few fish tanks in the lobby, and most rooms have great balconies looking out over the street.

For just 700 baht, the price was very reasonable. The owner was kind, friendly, and gave excellent service. My room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It looked a little old, but that was okay.

We found this place on Google Maps and called before staying in early May. The owner greeted us warmly and was very friendly. The rooms and location were both excellent. It's a four-story apartment building, with daily rentals at 700 baht a night. The standards compare with some three-star hotels and are better than some, even though it isn't luxurious. Amenities are complete, there's key-card access, and parking is available. The main downside is that there's no elevator. The room was quiet and felt safe in the day and at night, with no outside noise from cars or motorcycles. It had very cool air conditioning, a fridge, TV, drinking glasses, coffee cups, toilet paper, towels, two bottles of water, and two sets of instant coffee. There were plenty of outlets, including near a small work area. A balcony had a small wall-mounted clothes rack and got good airflow and sunlight. The bathroom had toiletries and hot and cold water adjustable at the tap.
