MS Hotel & Resort Si Racha

The room itself was already a letdown. It wasn't clean, looked neglected, and the soap was poor quality. The towels looked old and worn, as if they hadn't been properly cleaned. Basic hygiene just wasn't up to what I'd expect from a hotel. I also couldn't get a restful night's sleep. Dogs barked through the morning, and at 6 am a car was blocking other vehicles, which woke me up. I wasn't responsible for the parking problem, but I still got a phone call about it. That extra disturbance and the mix-up made an already bad stay worse. The biggest frustration was the invoice. I asked politely at check-in for one and explained that I needed it. I repeated the request during my stay, but when I checked out, the staff still couldn't provide it promptly. I waited almost half an hour before I finally got the document. The owner's response made matters worse. She was rude and raised her voice instead of handling the issue professionally, and I was confused by her initial threats. She only became more conciliatory after I raised my concerns. After all of that, this was the most disappointing hotel I've stayed at in all my travels. I'd urge prospective guests to reconsider and look at the many better options nearby, with better quality, service, and a more enjoyable stay.

The hotel and rooms were great, and everything was very clean. The facilities were fantastic, and there was a laundrette nearby. It's a bit out of the way, though, and dogs in the neighbouring streets barked and fought all night.

The room isn't very big, but there's enough space for one person. If you want somewhere peaceful, away from a busy street, this is a good choice.

A clean, lovely big room and nice service. Good pick if you're after a cheap hotel that's still good. Recommended!
