It's a self-check-in place, with nobody at the counter. If it's your first visit, calling the staff or reaching them on Line is quicker. Enter your ID card to get the safe code; your room key card is inside. You can also use that card to get in and out through the ground-floor door. The rooms are clean, with hot water, a fridge, TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning. The mattress is very thick and comfortable. There's convenient parking on the property.

The room for three looked just like the photos, and had a fridge, TV, and towels. We booked directly with the accommodation and paid less than through the app, though that may vary by room. There was a bathtub, but the water heater seemed broken, as the water stayed at room temperature. No hairdryer in the room. A vending machine downstairs had snacks at reasonable prices. Inside, the room was okay, even though the outside looked rather uninviting, almost like an abandoned building. The alley is quite far in, so it could feel isolated if you're traveling alone. Still, compared with other places in the area, it was very cheap.
