Breakfast was superb, and the room had a cozy feel. The view from it was really nice, and the hotel had a relaxed vibe. The staff were so ready to help.

We had a comfortable, peaceful three-night stay, and the hotel was quiet since we came on weekdays. Breakfast was available, though the halal choices were limited. The butter tasted a little stale once, perhaps because there weren't many guests. On our last day, I'd said we'd check out around 10-11 am, but the only lift was under maintenance when we went to leave. We were the only guests there, and having to carry our luggage down the stairs was frustrating. The staff should have told us about the scheduled work. I was annoyed by the poor customer service. Only one staff member spoke English, while the others needed Google Translate.

We came with friends and booked both standard rooms and rooms with private pools. The welcome was excellent, and the staff looked after us well, going over the facilities and things to do nearby. Everything we needed in the rooms was provided. They were clean, and the air conditioning worked well. I was really impressed.

The sea view was incredible, with steps leading down to rocks by the shore. It’s a quiet spot, though there are several restaurants nearby. The hotel has lovely design and generously sized rooms. The Thai breakfast was excellent, served as a spread of small traditional dishes along with congee and fresh fruit juices. But a grumpy staff member was impatient with us even though we were the only customers, and gave us information that conflicted with what we'd been told about breakfast. That took away from the experience a bit. Service was mostly good otherwise. We skipped dinner at the restaurant because it seemed a little overpriced, with a 10% discount but service charge and tax still to add.
